Herb Smith
A Johns Hopkins University Ph.D. and long-time, award-winning professor of political science at McDaniel College, Herb is a well-known consultant, commentator and writer on all matters political. Herb has worked for WBAL-TV News as a public opinion pollster and directs the Survey Research Center at McDaniel College. His extensive campaign experience began in 1971 with Baltimore’s Mayor William Donald Schaefer. He has worked with such Maryland public figures as Ted Venetoulis, Joe Curran, Jack Lapides, Jim Harkins, Ann Helton, Bill Henry, Frank Kratovil, and Judges Tom Ward and Lenore Gelfman.

Don Lamb-Minor
A former member of the Maryland House of Delegates, Don has been active in winning candidate campaigns, referendums and other ballot questions since the mid 1970s. As a political consultant, he has been a primary campaign functionary as a manager, senior staff member and consultant to winning races at the Congressional, State Legislative, County Executive and City Mayoral levels. He has helped conceive, organize, and implement many public and private initiatives in both the profit and nonprofit arenas. His experience includes candidate positioning, message development, and voter communications, especially direct mail and electronic media.
